View and manage your alerts
The My Alerts page shows everything about your current and past alerts.
Getting there
Tap My Alerts in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
Active alerts
The Active tab shows all alerts that are currently active. This includes both seat monitoring alerts and ticket drop alerts. Each alert card shows:
- The movie title and showtime (seat alerts) or theatre (ticket drop alerts)
- Which seats you're monitoring, or a ticket drop indicator
- Your notification channel (push or SMS color tab)
Alert history
The History tab shows alerts that have already fired — seats that became available or tickets that went on sale. Each entry shows what happened, when, and includes a direct link to book on the theatre's website.
Manage an alert
Tap the ⋯ menu on an alert card for its actions:
- Edit — change which seats you're monitoring (available on any alert you created)
- Group alert — set, change, or remove the minimum adjacent-seats requirement (see Group alerts)
- Share alert — send it to a friend so they get notified too (see Sharing)
- Cancel — stop monitoring and delete the alert
You can also Join a friend's alert from the top of this page using a share code. For alerts a friend shared with you, the menu shows Leave alert instead of Edit.
Alert expiry
Alerts automatically stop monitoring after the showtime has passed. You don't need to cancel them manually — they'll move to your history and stop checking.
